Every DreamPop Tales book is made especially for you. Because each order is personalised, your book is printed only after your order has been placed and approved for production.

1. Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, we carefully review your personalisation details before sending your book to production. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at hello@dreampoptales.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once production has begun.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

All DreamPop Tales books are printed close to the delivery destination by our trusted production partners. This means most orders are produced and shipped locally, with no cross-border customs or import duties applicable for customers in Romania, the EU, and the UK.

As a general guide:

  • Production: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–8 business days

All timeframes are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, production and delivery may take slightly longer. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value; any applicable threshold will be shown on our website and at checkout.

4. International Shipping & Customs

DreamPop Tales ships to many countries worldwide.

To provide the fastest possible delivery, your order may be printed at one of our trusted print partners located closest to the delivery destination.

International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, import duties or local taxes, depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will be included so you can monitor your delivery. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. DreamPop Tales cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Re-dispatch will take place once the correct address has been confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply before we can re-dispatch your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@dreampoptales.com, and we will investigate with the delivery carrier.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement within our standard production and delivery timeframe or provide a full refund if you prefer.

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • severe weather or natural events;
  • courier or postal service disruptions;
  • public holidays in the destination country;
  • peak seasonal demand; or
  • other unforeseen events.

We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated if a delay affects your order.
